RETURN POLICY

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or replacements.

Product returns will only be accepted if the products are new and sent back in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions...).

If the products need to be returned to the seller, a request for return must be made to the seller, by e-mail to the following address: contact@imranswimwear.com, within 14 days of delivery. Any claim made outside this period will not be accepted.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase will be requested.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (where applicable) * Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for any reason, not resulting from an error on our side.

* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (where applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received it. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or refused.

If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or other payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (where applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially displayed. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is displayed.

Sale or promotional items (where applicable)

Only normal priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, discounted or sale items cannot be refunded.

Replacements (where applicable)

Shipping

To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address IMRAN SWIMWEAR, 6 rue du parc, Annemasse, Rhône-Alpes, 74100, France. The shipping costs for returning your item are at our expense for France only. Depending on where you live, the time taken to receive your exchanged product may vary. After your request, you will receive a return label by e-mail.
